GMGN features, tool by tool

GMGN packs a lot into one terminal, and the documentation is scattered across dozens of pages. This page puts every major GMGN feature in one place, with the limits and chain restrictions that the marketing leaves out. For a shorter introduction, see GMGN AI at a glance.

GMGN features overview: discovery, analysis, copy trading and automation

How does GMGN help you discover tokens?

Trenches, Trending and New Pair

Trenches shows tokens the moment their pools appear, including launchpad tokens still on a bonding curve. Trending ranks tokens that already have many transactions. Filters cut both by market cap, liquidity, holder count and age. Trenches also supports custom hotkeys to preview a token's X account and website and run a quick buy without leaving the keyboard.

X Tracker and Monitor Square

X Tracker follows chosen X accounts inside GMGN and lets you quick-buy or create a SnipeX task from a post. Monitor Square, Follow and Watchlist collect the wallets and tokens you care about in one feed, with sound alerts when followed wallets trade.

How does GMGN help you judge a token?

The token page is GMGN's strongest feature. Alongside a multi-chart, it shows:

GMGN adds a clear disclaimer: this data comes from third-party providers and is for reference only. Treat the tags as a shortcut, not a guarantee.

How does copy trading work on GMGN?

Copy trading follows another wallet automatically. You set a fixed buy amount or a maximum follow-buy, and a sell method: follow the wallet's sells in proportion, sell manually, or use your own take-profit and stop-loss, including batches. Advanced filters cover market cap, liquidity, token age, burnt liquidity, minimum and maximum copied amounts, how many times to add to the same token, launch platform and a blacklist of up to 20 tokens.

Limits worth knowing: 10 copy tasks, Solana only, Telegram login required, and a task pauses after three failures in a row. Lightning Mode reacts about 2 seconds faster by using unconfirmed data, at the risk of rolled-back or duplicated trades. Every copied trade pays the 1% fee plus gas, which is why GMGN recommends low priority fees for copy trading; see GMGN fees.
